We needed to migrate to cloud while maintaining 99.99% SLA.

Solution:
We implemented a strangler fig pattern using:

✓ Developer satisfaction up 80%
✓ Customer experience enhanced

Happy to discuss our approach and share learnings!

Interesting. Our team went with Y instead due to Z constraints.

Security team blocked this due to compliance requirements.

Did you use version X or Y? We found Y more stable. Trying to build a business case for management.

The migration path we took:
Week 1-2: Research & POC
Week 3-4: Staging deployment
Week 5-6: Prod rollout (10% -> 50% -> 100%)
Week 7-8: Optimization
Total cost: ~200 eng hours
Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Has anyone else encountered issues with ArgoCD when running in AWS us-east-1? We're seeing intermittent failures during peak traffic. Our setup: microservices with New Relic. Starting to wonder if we should switch to Kubernetes.
